welfare schemes named after politicians

in india the politicians occupying high offices, say, chief ministers of various states ,have the habit of naming the freebies and other welfare schemes with their own names unabashedly and also display their photo prints on the containers/bags,etc, while distributing to the general public..this creates a very wrong impression in the minds of the gullible public that the politician himself is giving the freebies out of his generous pocket...the public never realise that politicians holding high offices are there only to serve and initiate and execute schemes for the welfare of public .....it is also not at all realised that an individual has no right to corner glory for schemes spent from public exchequer and bask in glory...tamilnadu has the worst of such experiences..this should be banned once for all by a central legislation and wherever such things happen, whether states or centre they should be stopped forthwith..,if a politician wants a scheme to be associated with his name and photos let him spend out of his pocket hereafter.. no govt. welfare schemes are to be named with politicians names, most of whom are really corrupt and self-centered
